INITIAL PROBLEM DISCOVERY

INITIAL PROBLEM DISCOVERY

The typical gaming experience…

As a gamer myself, something that I've noticed is that a lot of my gaming friends don't actually like to go outside to play games. I wanted to find out why, so I looked into arcade apps to see if there were any reasons why gamers would rather stay and play games online than go out to an arcade. During my research, I looked at some arcades and found some three main problems.

DESIGN SYSTEM

REFLECTION

REFLECTION

The development of the Pixel Paradise mobile app successfully met its primary objectives and have transformed customer interactions with Pixel Paradise, leading to a more efficient and enjoyable user experience:

Advance Bookings: Users can now reserve arcade sessions ahead of time, reducing uncertainty and minimizing wait times.

Comprehensive Game Catalog: The app provides detailed information about each game, enabling users to plan their visits more effectively.

Intuitive Navigation: The implementation of a hamburger menu has streamlined navigation, allowing users to quickly access essential arcade information..

If I Had More Time…

• Daily progress tracking

• More beginner friendly content

• Add in account information to make personalized for each user

• Consistency fixes to make the app more cohesive
